Return & Exchange Policy

At Barsa by KCG, we strive to deliver the highest quality products. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of artificial jewelry, we maintain a strict exchange policy.

1. Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchange only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing item in the package

2. Time Frame
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Mandatory Proof
To process your request, the following is required:

  • Unboxing video (continuous, without cuts)
  • Clear images of the product and packaging
  • Order number

Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for exchange.

4. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer exchange or return for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences
  • Normal wear and tear or tarnishing due to improper care

5. Exchange Process
Once approved:

  • The customer may be asked to return the product.
  • Replacement will be shipped after quality inspection.
